Consultations
Council's Medium Term Strategy (deadline 10 September)
Please find a link to the draft of Stronger Together - the Council's Medium Term Strategy (MTS). Once agreed, the final MTS will set the policy, service planning and performance management framework for the Council for the next three to five years. It will also inform resource allocation over that period ensuring that resources are directed towards the delivery of the Council's vision and strategic objectives.
The MTS represents a key part of the wider Northumberland Community Planning Framework, as it broadly reflects how the Council intends contributing to the delivery of the Sustainable Community Strategy (SCS) for Northumberland. On this basis, prior to its approval the Council's Executive is inviting comments from partners and stakeholders on its content and strategic fit with the SCS (whilst also recognising its role in driving the transformation of the local authority).
Any comments or observations should be forwarded to Janice Rose, the Council's Corporate Policy Manager by Friday 10 September at: janice.rose@northumberland.gov.uk
