George Courtice 
George is the Sector Development Officer. His job is to improve relations both within the voluntary and community sector and between it and public bodies. Currently the post is funded mainly through Capacitybuilders, a government agency charged with improving the quality of support services to delivery organisations.

Lynda Watson
Lynda is the Compact and Contracts Officer for the voluntary and community sector in Northumberland. Her job is to ensure the Compact is recognised and adhered to and that the sector is better able to respond to any procurement opportunities. This post is currently funded through NCC.
