Networking for Change
Northumberland Community Development Network aims to underpin more formal local and sub-regional networking structures by building a network of action learning sets to create "micro" networking opportunities and improved access for more isolated VCS paid and unpaid staff. Sets are being established by groups of VCS staff/volunteers as they emerge from training courses and ths will be extended across the programme run by the Northumberland Community Development Network.
