Equality and Diversity
This aims to obtain greater recognition for diversity focussed VCO's in both policy and practice. It includes the recruitment and training of up to 10 specialist champions working together to bring about greater impact as advocates for equality. There are plans to collaborate with NCC on literature for migrant workers as well as what the VCS can offer excluded groups.
